BMI makes $9.6 mil a month, give or take

My opinion, real time data should be free. We've paid enough, thousands of
us, each
month making these guys fat cats. What do we get for supporting BMI for all
these years
or these beloved boxes of ours which made these guys mega-rich? No respect.
That is
what we've gotten.

BMI had last year 48,000 boxes installed. Rates range from $69/month, up to
like $2000,
for everything, so let's say the average was $200. That is $9.6 million per
MONTH.

This does not include Signal, or other products. So the real question, is
how we can
solve the dilema of getting realtime data. They are making Operating
Systems like
Linux free. StarOffice a competitor to Microsoft Office from Sun is free.
Why shouldn't
financial data be Free?

Why on earth would I be saying such lunacy you ask. It is because at $9.6
million per month,
and being a BMI customer, I think we deserve some respect. I am tired of
corporate giants
acting like this, aren't you? My attitude to them is PISS OFF. But the
problem with that, is
they can tell me to take my business somewhere else... and since they
virtually have a monopoly...

God damn! When is FutureSource's prices going to come down, because they
might be
our last hope of a quality caring financial service provider, from what I
can see.
