Phil -
here's another performance tip if you are using Win2000 or Win/NT:

1) Ctrl-Alt-Del and go to Task Manager
2) Look for TS32 and/or the Global Server task id (I forget the module name)
3) right click on it, and select Priority
4) set it to "Real Time" instead of "Normal"

That should help enormously
