Big problems with importing ASCII format forex data to TS2000i

I have ask for help on installing ASCII data to TS2000i recently, at the end
of the day, I discover these may be problems with TS2000i.

1/ Data are impoted but the chart response no data available,

2/ Data value have been round up to interger value, say, 0.9888 to 1,

3/ Part of the data with month and day inverse order

Have any one encounter the same problem.
