No, all you're doing is turning off the monitoring capability of the 
Sygate Manager tool.  It lets you view usage logs, see traffic rates, 
things like that.  The actual NAT functionality is handled by another 
process, Sgserv.exe.  Exiting the Manager doesn't affect the server, 
the client behavior, or the client protection at all.

Who knows why ZA throws a hissy-fit about the Sygate Manager.... ??
