For the best flat panel monitor, try and find one that has a Fujitsu display
inside. It is the one we use in our monitors. This glass one all the awards
in the 15" catagory. It has almost a 160 degree viewing cone. Expect to pay
more than the cheap ones in the stores. It will make what ever you are
displaying like eye candy.
As far as the cards all of the multi monitor cards support them fine. I do
not have any experince with them.
