bad time received date 63 in TS 4.0 server

Hi,
after a powerfailure my tradestation 4.0 isn't working anymore. When i start
up the tradestation 4.0 server, it give every minute a message like
bad time received date 63
I got the message both in the on-line and the online server.
When i go to the tradestation program, i looks i lost all my charts.
Anyone an idea what could by wrong??
