After careful observation. The 1 min bars will plot only the open and close
and none of the range it achieved during that 1 min which is OUTSIDE the
open and close range. I am pretty sure this is related to 2/29 bug because
when I first discovered the problem I noticed the Date on TS2k showing 3/29
instead of 2/29 while my system clock is showing 2/29. I restarted TS2k and
it showed 2/29 again. I have not changed any settings from the day before
when it was fine. I'm using build 768. Anyone know if this was addressed
in 771?
