Beyond the conspiracies, take a look at this chart.  Look at the volume.
Before we decide that DBC is purposely slowing down their feeds, let's look
for fundamental reasons.

Is DBC going to take steps to improve their feeds in the face of this
increasing volume?  That's another question.  Only market pressure can force
them to change.  They could add a second or third tuner to their boxes to
double or triple bandwidth.  They could raise the serial port speed from
19.2K on DBC or 38.4K on BMI.  But they haven't.

DBC gone worse on SAT here and tell you they cant do anything about it as
they channel their resources into Esignal : "GO THERE " <g>

Wouldnt wonder that BMI has the same attitude
