Drop in number of ticks for OEX/SPX

Has anyone following OEX and SPX indexes on BMI cable/TS4 noticed a 
drop in the number of ticks recently?

BMI usually sends 4 ticks per minute. Friday afternoon, at 2:56pm 
the rate of ticks received dropped significantly -- to less than 1 tick per 
minute -- and remained there for the rest of the day. The problem 
continued Monday since the open until 1:02PM and reappeared today 
since the open.

Other symbols remained unaffected -- apparently it is not a reception 
problem.

BMI has not responded so far to my Emails.

I'd appreciate your comments.
