Need EL Indicator for Radarscreen

Hello All:

Can anyone help me with this question?

I am seeking to write a column indicator that I can use with Radarscreen that 
I can use to analyze prices at a certain fixed time each day. For example, 
time at 10 AM, 11 AM, 12 PM etc.... I am testing a method at the end of the 
day with tick by tick data from BMI &/or Historybank. Can anyone help me with 
the EL code for this?
