Can anyone recommend a free site that offers time of sale info?
Also can someone explain how stocks that are trading under $5.00 and
therefore not marginable somehow are still being shorted by groups other than
marketmakers in those stocks.How does Canada and other domains outside of the
U.S.A. play into this "game".
