I seem to recall that I had to have my TS3.1 data arrive on COM1 or 2.
I'm sure it wasn't a TPort limitation, because I didn't get a TPort
for a while after I began using TS.
I've kept my comport as #2 through all my TS upgrades, and arranged
the rest of my computer around that 1/2 limitation that TS imposed.
I haven't examined the assumption for years, and don't know if it
still holds, but my memory is that an Omega sales person told me
of it. After all these years, I'd give more weight to a relatively
non-technical remark like that coming from sales than tech support. :)
Richard, is there a way to put that channel on COM1 or 2?
