3rd party data into TS2000

When I plot ascii data (from Genesis) into TS2000i, my intra-day price bars
are automatically set to EST.  I live in MST and when I try to offset the
data (so it matches MY time zone) nothing happens.  In my TS4, the data
automatically is offset to MST (the way I like it).  I have tried the: File,
desktop options and offset it that way (works in TS4) and I have tried
messing with the symbol universe to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated.
