Nothing special technically. I am using a cable modem, normal high speed com
ports on a PII 450 with two 21" monitors. I compare feed quotes with quotes
from my online broker. I also compare the feed time to real time and server
time. I use 1 min and 5 min charts, as well as tick charts (2 ticks, 25 ticks
and 220 ticks). I now have 31 symbols total, having reduced the number of
symbols after any day the feed fell behind. I started with 50. It is fine for
trading the S&P; I only pay attention to the S&P and emini; MSFT could be
falling behind for all I know (or care).
