Y2K, TS4 and CSI data

Has anyone got TS4 to work with Unfair Advantage CSI format files from
pre-Y2K?  I just received a new CD from CSI, which they told me last week
would make everything work w/o rebuilding the CSI portfolio.  Now they say I
have to rebuild in the new CSIM format.  Any thoughts would be appreciated.
