The way TS 4 works is that all workspaces are closed before the
workspace to be scanned is opened. After scanning all the
closed workspaces are then re-opened. If the scanned workspace
was open before running Chartscanner you get the extra alert
when it is opened AFTER running CS.
Try closing the WS to be scanned before running.
