Can't read the Digest Version

I know this is silly but I just switched from using Nestscape Communicator
to Outlook Express for email and I cannot receive the digest version of the
Omega List.  Could someone tell what buttons need pushing to accomplish this
or if the digest version cannot be read, then how do you unsubscribe from
the digest and subscribe to individual messages?  I know the digest is being
loaded since I can view it as a source document but not in a normal fashion
as with individual messages.

Please send your response directly since I may not be opening the digest
version.
