I'm having near or 100% CPU usage at the open and yesterday 1/3 it lasted
for well over an hour. I don't have VC++6.0 or any programs like it on my
computer. I am running NT 4 SP6 with TS2k SP4 w/patch. I see changes in
the Global Server and it looks like a lot of RAM is being used to buffer
quotes. I am using a dual 450 processor w/ 256 RAM.

Yes, I have. I have reported this problem to OR QA. It
may have something to do with VC++6.0 installed on my
machine. Do you have it installed?
