If your system is displaying "PSW expired", it is most likely caused by the
use of an outdated version of our software. To correct this problem, you
simply need to load the most current version of the Receiver Operating
System ( ROS ). To do so, simply visit our Signal Service Bulletin for
complete directions and to direct you to the site to download the newest
version of ROS ( 75.07 ). Once you have completed this process, your service
should be fully restored.

As many of you may have discovered today, our 1-800-762-7538 support number
was extremely busy. Due to the number of customers that apparently are still
using the older versions of ROS, this high call volume may continue for the
