Actually, I was referring to non-trading software. For example, DTsoft,
which has had *working* updates for problems in 2-3 days, and incorporates
suggestions in a new beta in a week or two, and whose customer service
*really* works well. Huge contrast compared to Omega, I'm afraid.

Yes - I use TS, in part, as a preprocessor that feeds the output of
studies to other computers that do things TS can't do. Perhaps the
extreme in work-arounds :-). And I have gone to the trouble of
interfacing directly to a data feed and bypassing TS altogether.
Yes, I'm serious, and yes, I'd buy another product with certain
capabilities in a minute just to avoid Omega.
It's thaaaaat bad! :-))).
