Build 25 listed in About TS?

I went through the update ritual & got the installation completed box.

However, when I check the TS4 build in TS under the About... submenu, it
still says build 24. 

Does anyone know if this is an Omega oversight or whether my installation
isn't complete, the indication to the contrary notwithstanding?
