A SPECIAL NOTE CONCERNING THAT SO CALLED "KNOWLEDGEBASE".....
it has answered few of my questions in the past.....I believe it is woefully
inadequate to replace a real person.
I am comparing it to Microsoft's Knowledgebase which is excellent, helpful,
and useful.
Also, on almost every phone call to Tech Support, the answer was NOT readily
available....someone else had to be consulted.
