Hope these comments from a satisfied customer are valuable to someone.
1. Jurik. I recently had to upgrade some Jurik indicators to run on
TS2000. The service was excellent and courteous. All questions were
promptly and professionally answered. Many vendors are interested only
in the initial sale, not in spending time to help a customer if no
additional revenue is involved. Jurik is a 1st Class vendor who knows
what customer service is and delivers. Others can learn from this
operation.
2. Dynastore. Just bought the full product after many questions. The
speed with which the replies came was amazing. Install was a breeze and
product works as promised (using the quote.com version with TS2000) and
the service from Ron Dawes is great.
3. Quote.com After paying a lot more for BMI Cable (on C-SPAN), the
difference in performance for much less money is almost unbelievable.
Their tech support is excellent. Hold times can be 10-15 minutes during
peak periods, usually less, and support is knowledgeable and courteous.
Using quote com through Dynastore on TS2000, here is a comparison of
ticks received today for 4 stocks:
