Just in case anyone out there really cares ;)
The Sydney Futures Exchange is operating electronically with all contracts
from today. The trading times of all of the equity contracts, including the
Share Price Index (SPI), have changed from today.
Previous day session was (all Sydney time) 9:50am to 12:30pm, 2:00pm to
4:15pm.
Now: 9:30am to 4:30pm with no lunch-break. The night session is now 5:10pm
to 8:00am and uses the same symbol as the day session. The "Close" for
settlement is 4:30pm.
If you are still reading, I wonder if you know if any of the US internet
real-time data providers supply Australian futures or equity data?
