NT4 security patches

For once, having too much time on my hands paid off. :-)

http://www.microsoft.com/ntworkstation/downloads/ lists a couple of
"critical security updates" at the top of the page. I had assumed that
they were included in SP6 which I recently installed. However, digging
through the FAQs to find what changes were made showed that SP6 had NOT
done the fixes on my system. So, I downloaded the patches. They replace
a DLL and change some registry entries to make the internet a little
safer.
