Beats me.  Actually, I'm inclined to think they won't break em up in any
significant way--partly because there may be no good (workable) way.  my only
point re ATT is that MSFT is a screaming buy right now because the parts (if
they can be created) are worth more than the whole. And if it is not broken up
it is as now cheap relative to earnings relative to many other techs and is the
dominant player.
