it is well known to all Microsoft developers that the SDK
they have (VB, VC++, etc.) are slower and slower from
version to version at a rate of 15% - MS admitted that
in the MSJ ... they expect the hardware will compensate
their inability to write correct and efficient code :)
as long as OR uses MS stuff to developer TS, expect the
program to grow slower on each release :)
