Is the web too slow?

This morning, when an email came in with a time stamp of 58 minutes earlier
i freaked. With all of the problems with 2000i
I was ready to chuck it all for a service like www.thegoldenbox.com . They
give better signals than my software can generate but the problem is that
the web delivers their buys and sells late. Is there a way I can fix this on
my end?
