TS4 Patch

I noted the recent post about TS4 Build 24 so I went to Omega Research to check it out.

They show a new patch dated Oct 29, 1999, fixing a number of things including the printed report misalignment.

But, the website refers to "Build 23". Should it really say Build 24?
