Dear Group,
Thank you for your generous and prompt responses.
You were right - the solution did not use DRVSPACE, instead it used
FDISK:
With FDISK, I deleted the MS-DOS partition (the only one) and rebooted.
That got rid of all files. From there, I added a new MS-DOS partition
and ran FORMAT c: /u and that did it.
