For me Quote Monitor shows SP9Z and JY9Z trades one hour AHEAD of the
correct time, while ND Z9 and ES Z9 trades are reported at the correct time.
Fortunately SP9Z charts shows the correct time and trades are recorded at
the correct time so this is apparently just another one of those "oddities"
of TS 2000.
