reformatting hard drive

  I need to reformate my hard drive and I was told that all I need to
backup or save is the TS folder, as far as TradeStation goes?   Is that
correct?  Will all of my indicator, paint bars, system codes, and work
spaces etc. be saved?
Any other info on what I need to do, would be very helpful!
