And then, Dave, once you've got it into Excel in rows, you can do a Copy -> Paste Special and check the "Transpose" box to get the rows into columns.  Once you've got your data in columns, it easy to concatenate the columns (using Excel's string functions) so that the data becomes comma delimited text.  Or you may just be able to export the columnar file as comma delimited text directly...
