No offense intended but I would suggest that drawing angles on a chart has
little to do with religion, politics, or even space aliens. It has a lot to
do with mathematics.
If you square your charts as Gann did there is only one way a 45* angle or
any other degree angle can be represented. You can put the angles on your
charts in TradeStation because I do it everyday(Note: TradeStation's angles
are not always accurate depending on your monitor it's resolution etc.).
It's a time consuming process that you will have to learn and figure out
yourself unless you want instruction which can be bought. Interestingly Gann
charged an equivalent amount to about $25000 each when he taught people back
in the `30's.
Gann was into a lot of different things, some were nonsensical but some are
straight forward relationships that are mathematical and that many find very
useful. You may survive without it but...
