Re: permanent pissword expires

What's interesting about the passwords is that you can have multiple ones
that expire in sequential months out and if one is expiring in 15 days you
will get the expiry notice even though there are others entered that don't
expire for another month or two or three. That happened to me after
upgrading from regular ProSuit to the Platinum. The regular one had a four
month password and then the Platinum one had a one month, at least I think
that is what happened. I got the 4 month one for being hasseled with the pw
generator over wrong customer info. I tried the 800 number but got no
answer, called the customer service for autopassword and got no answer.
After two days I called billing and said, look, I need a password or an RMA
number, its your choice at this point. A 40 character PW was mailed
immediately. Now why can't Omega have the PW generator available on their
website??? So did I enter the new PW? No, first I deleted the offending
expiring PW since I had others in the que and wanted to see if they would
work without keying in the new one. Viola, the qued pw's took over and have
not had that obnoxious message ruining my day.
