I first insert a Trend Line where I want and then drag the entire Trend Line
to the opposite side of the channel.    I then insert a second Trend Line
where the original Trend Line was.  Perhaps there's an easier way in TS
2000, but I haven't found it.

I'm surprised Channel Lines aren't in TS 2000, since I would have thought
that would something that many users wanted.    That of course assumes Omega
actually listens to people using their software - which is certainly open to
debate.
