I would urge you to completely reconsider the idea of selling systems,
and instead direct your energies to the free exchange of trading ideas
on this list, Markbrown's code list, and traderclub.com, etc. You do
not have to divulge a complete trading system, but you can share bits
and pieces of your ideas with other extremely sophisticated traders,
coders and thinkers. Yes, you will have to give up some of your ideas.
But it will be a collegial exchange and a win-win: you will contribute
to their trading success, and in return get ideas you never have dreamed
of to improve your trading. You will be astounded at the creativity,
yes, downright brilliance in EL and other languages, of the professional
coders and traders on these lists! Here are some more reasons why
selling your systems is unwise:

1) Everyone who has a basic level of sophistication, is going to recode
your system and use it with their own ideas for entry and stops anyway.
Hence, there would be little demand for your systems, and no one will
spend what you want for them.

2) You already know that any attempt to hide your systems will be
"cracked" by the pros on this list, so why get into the business of
selling them in the first place? Focus on being a successful trader,
and then sharing that experience with others. The rewards you get from
collegial sharring and growth will vastly outshine any money you might
make from selling systems.

3) With STAD, and other resources listed above, no one needs to buy a
pre-packaged system anymore. Most of the traders on these lists write
in EL and other languages, and are designing and trading their own
systems right now.

4) There are thousands of systems for sale, and most of the valuable
aspects or these systems are already known or in use by members on this
list. There are even more free systems and system ideas in the public
domain.

5) Markets are changing all the time, and smart traders are altering
their systems to perform better in changing markets. A static system
designed in the past (you mentioned 1991) would be very suspect to Omega
List members.

6) Anyone, with very few exceptions, who is selling trading systems, is
suspect to the knowledgeable, sophisticated and profesional traders on
this list.

7) Franky, only newbees and the uninformed would buy pre-packaged
systems and trade them as is. To sell to them is to prey on them, an
activity that is both unethical and distasteful to members of this list.
Please don't do it.
