Index Futures and other Contracts Question

I have a simple question... I'm very new to TA - reading a book on it right
now.  The author makes reference to the S&P 500 Futures Market, T-Bonds
(TR1600), Commodities Markets (CRB) and US Dollar (UDX).  I can't figure out
what symbols to use in TradeStation to follow these markets.

Would appreciate help from anyone.
