It is TS only.  All other apps on the screen are untouched, and the  
resolution is the same as before.

Well, it's done it in TS half a dozen times over the last few months, 
and it has never done it with any other app.  I can't isolate the key 
that does it because it doesn't seem to happen every time, or else I 
just don't know what key I'm fat-fingering that causes it.  I'm 99.9% 
sure it's not a magic hotkey or TSR.  
Ohwell, guess I just exit TS and discard my workspace changes...
