Well, I don't think there are many out there with skin thick enough to do that
donkey work.
Back when my "upgrade" arrived, it gave me a long list of excuses to talk to
OR people. I was desperate to get in touch with tech support, but no luck.
Finally, a salesman had another salesman call, or maybe some guy who used to
work in OR tech support. This fellow was very helpful, and among other
things, said that working tech support at OR is like being a sergeant in
Custer's 7th Cavalry. There are a whole lot more of THEM than there are of
you, they're all mad as hell and coming after your scalp!!
