Are you talking about code that's in a .dll?  If it's not in a .dll then a
block won't do you any good...  anyone can unlock a locked .ela/.els using
the ELA Breaker ( http://www.traderhouse.com/ ) and then do whatever he
wants with your code.

The only totally secure solution is to code all your systems and studies in
.dll's and then provide your own security block.
