"My question for the list: any ideas on how to use dual processors
without NT and does TS2K really need NT for stability? Windows 2000
perhaps?"
I like windows NT. It's reliable, fast and more efficient than Win98. Does
Ts2K need NT for stability? Anything is more stable on NT, including TS5.
If you're processing thousands of symbols in TS5, NT is an even better
choice. While I've only seen the Beta version, Windows 2000 right now is
bloatware. I wouldn't load it until at least it has been officially
released maybe not even until SP1. Windows NT4 for stability is a very good
choice. If you've got a 450, I'd upgrade.
