Heard this info just now:
"For some reason this morning, the filter option variable we have set normally at 1500 was at 3840. This was causing a great deal more equity option quotes to go through the system than one would see normally. We found the problem and corrected it about 1/2 hour ago. This was probably the reason....sorry about that.

hope that helps, yes I had bad delays in s7P quotes thsi am, maybe fixed and better now.
