Re: CFTC court case decided

good news for freedom lovers everywhere, in that the jack booted thugs
from the communist futures trading commission got THE BOOT this time.
but the government, being THE government, and owning the money printing
presses, will continue this fight ultimately to the supreme court.

i have mixed feelings concerning the financial "regulation" promoted by
the cftc and a limited/no government and "let the buyer beware"
policies promoted by the plaintiff vendors. on one hand, this ruling
could give free rein to the scammers and con artists, but on the other
hand, seeningly innoculous government regulations generally get carried
to the extreme over the years.

but in the end, i'll support limited government and freedom every
single time. when freedom is impaired by government, everyone loses.
that's why these i-net discussion lists serve the greater public good
in spite of the piss fights and socialist ninny naysayers who abhor the
truth.
