I got a problem with creating an SP continuos contract at 1 last night. I
sent an email to CSI asking if it was a problem with my PC or other
reasons... The reply was fast (less than 24h) and they will send me the CD
with the fixed bug that create the problem. Quite impressed I should say.
Yes the software had a bug but it was quickly fixed and the customer is
given proper help almost immediately. So bravo CSI!

PS: I write this freely and I am not involved in any way with CSI other way
than I follow their service.
