SP2 BUGS, Help !!

Hi All,

Here is the message I'm sending to the Techsupport :

Dear Sir,

I'm trying to upgrade to build 563 with SP2 on my PC #1, and I'm sorry to
tell you that I'm angry because It's only replacing bugs by other bugs !.

Where is the quality of version 4 ?


First I read carefully the guide.
I didn't uninstall build 512.
I installed SP2 and I executed the post-setup floppy disk.

But during the installation I encountered some problems When It's performing
the verification of all the techniques.
Some message boxes popped up :
I/O error
Cannot open text file created by a newer versoin of the program

and a little while after :
I/O error
Cannot open text file

My problem is that almost all the techniques are not verified, and It's a
big problem for the read-only functions.
PowerEDitor doesn't allow us to verify them ourselves manually !!


And Dr WAtson for NT tells me :
(I attached the file)
an error ocurred
access violation 0x60eef79a

I Tried many things :
Before the verification:
1. overwrite : YEs to all
2.re installed SP1 and SP2 and overwrite the techniques : No to all
3. re installed SP1, Exported all the techniques from SP1, installed SP2 and
reimported them after
4 installed SP2, copied folders of SP1 backed up on another HDD.

At the end, I've decided to downgrade to SP1.

Then what can I do ???
