A half year + of continual billing I finally called and threatened to fly
out and whip the guys ass, since my son lives out there close. I figured it
wouldn't be a wasted trip - I got the billing taken care of finally. Never
again - but the service worked ok, its just they claim to be so much
cheaper - but they have many fewer items available too so it balances out.

I had the exact same problem with them. Luckily it was on an Amex, so I just
disputed every single charge (which is very easy though their Internet
service). It took about 4 or 5 months of charge backs until they finally
stopped. Before I also E-mailed them and they promissed to take care of it
with no success. Also, at the time with their smalles package you did not get
much, bigger packages were quite expensive.
