I have also read this book. It is well written. The information in
this book is far more easier to understand than the poorly written (my
opininon) The Electronic Day Trader.
Nassar does an excellent job of describing how to read the Level II
screen, and how to play the earning news, pre and post stock split.
The weakness of this book is the weak presentation of technical analysis
angle. He uses hypotethical price charts (poor quality line charts at
that) to present the price/volume/event relationships. There is not one
single 'real life' chart example.
I just came from the book store. I encountered at least 3 new books on
day trading. At first glance, it seems that none of these books offer
anything new. so, IMHO, Nassar's book remains the most comprehensive
and informative source on the topic.
