BMI Cable Problems ?

Anyone having BMI cable problems ?

On TS 4.0, I'm getting "no data being received" as of 10am eastern.

On BMI box, under Configuration:
  1)  Tuner
it's locked on cspan,  does band=0
and line=14 matter ?
