Do two things
Close ProSuite, do not resave any workspaces however, Go to the GlobalServer,
Tools RunNightly Maintenance, Immediately close the GlobalServer and Reboot. If
you restart the Server Start off-line during the weekend and it will keep you
from needing to run Nightly Maintenance before closing the server. If you saved
a WorkSpace after it failed to open correctly it may be corrupted.
If you close ProSuite during the Day or you crash Go to Ctrl, Alt, Del, and in
the task manager be sure Ts32, Stcc,Orradar, and Gsw32, have closed, if not end
task on them, Do not end task on GloabalServer. ReOpen ProSuite, Open a
WorkSpace, if Blank Go File Close Work Space, do not save changes, Close
ProSuite and Try Again.
!!!! Any time you close the GlobalServer run nightly Maintenance first, if it
is started on line or if you've downloaded from HistoryBank, or imported any
data !!!!!!
The first dawn of smartness is to stop trying things you don't
know anything about----especially if they run to anything
over a dollar.

Subject: Re: TS 2k "Unable to load data"

Hi everyone,
In TS 2k I have this message now whenever I try to load a chart: "Unable to
load data"
I know the data is there because it was collected all day long and you can
see it but the program lost the links to it.
It happened when after market closed, I closed the app and the GS and
restarted the machine. After that I lost the links, more precisely to all of
the Real Time data collected from a while ago 3 months.
This is not the first time that happens and short of grabbing data from TS4
and reloading every symbol I do not know what else to do. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Clau
